CALIBRATION and CALIBRATION VERIFICATION
The operation and efficiency of equipment can be seriously affected by the accuracy of the instrumentation that controls it.

CPS offers a fully trained staff using NIST traceable equipment to perform calibration, tuning and troubleshooting for all sensors, transmitters, indicators and devices such as temperature, pressure, level, flow, liquid analysis (pH, conductivity, density), control valves, signal conditioners etc.

In addition to a regular calibration schedule, we can also assist in developing a predictive maintenance program to eliminate problems before they occur.

CPS has documented calibration procedures (SOPs) and provides documentation to support the calibrations.
