SHOP CREW
The skilled crew of Electricians, Pipe-fitters & Welders adhere to the highest standards of workmanship, safety and quality. Much of the project work in recent years has been on HAZARDOUS AREA plant, and consequently the company is well versed in INTRINSIC SAFETY wiring and all other techniques for hazardous area equipment.
SHOP CAPABILITIES
CPS has 10,000 sq. ft of space for system fabrication, staging and testing. A two ton crane and loading dock accommodate transfers of large systems, and pickups by all sizes of trucking vehicles.

STAGING AND TEST CENTER
Utilities available for skid, panel and system testing are medium voltage electric, water and compressed air. Steam and chilled water available on request. The test area is air conditioned, bright, and connected with telemetry to fully prove each system prior to shipment and installation.
Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) - Formal Test Documentation
Each system at CPS receives a thorough test prior to being released. Standard and custom formal test plans are available to properly document the testing process.
