Sending files to a CPS Staff Member
Customers do not need to have an account set up to send files. CPS staff member
can send you an email requesting that files be uploaded by you. You will receive a hyperlink in the email that will take you to a secure page where you can upload files.
You may use the link repeatedly until it expires.
It is a good idea to let the CPS staff member know you are sending the files, so
that they can expect the files and retrieve them in a timely fashion.
Receiving files from a CPS Staff Member
CPS staff member will prepare the file(s) for transfer. Once the transfer is posted to the secure site, you will be notified via e-mail that a file is available for you. The e-mail will contain instructions for you to follow to access the file transfer.
File Deletion
Files are permanently deleted from the site 30 days after they have been posted to the site if they are not retrieved. If you have not downloaded the files within the
30 day timeframe, you will need to contact the CPS staff member and have them repost the file.
