The need for a mobile testing unit was requested by a customer so they could take their process technology directly to a potential clients facility and test their system real time with the clients raw materials.
The trailer included the process equipment with an air-conditioned control room. The beverage skid would remain at their clients for a couple weeks to allow them to perform side by side process testing to confirm the capability and the payback that the new system would deliver.
- Retrofitted an existing 18 wheeler trailer with process tanks, pumps and control system
